Our Process

The Start.

It all begins with an idea. We start with a free consultation to understand what you are looking for.
Our experience includes delivery, management and creation of projects. Working with an advantage of systems (Document Management Systems, BIM protocols, On-site live project management), construction knowledge and programming, small to large organisational structures, standardised house types, various building types including offices, education, residential, marine environment, listed building conversions, church works, transport sector, and commercial projects.
Evolving the design.

This is the part where we add more detail to all designs. We take any concept ideas and we grow those into functioning, beautiful and achievable designs that can be constructed.
This is the stage where we obtain approvals, technical information and prepare you for the next step of the project. We also help you understand the complexities and the risks involved with the project.
We work with all specialist consultants involved to achieve the best design.
Construction.

We help you find the right contractor, we review tender requests and look at any variations which may help the project after review with contractors.
We make sure risks have been mitigated and we get your project constructed. During this process we work together with the contractor and the client, monitoring works and ensuring the design details are built correctly. At this point we also liaise with all third parties including the local authorities. Multiple inspections and reviews of ongoing works are expected at this time, we help to achieve a snag-free finished design.

What we do?

Listed Buildings

We can work with you convert and develop existing buildings which are listed. We help and liaise with the listed building officers and development teams and provide technical and aesthetic solutions to work for the project.

Commercial Premises

We work on commercial upgrades and detail approvals. If you need a change of use application or a detailed planning submission we can assist.

Once planning approval has been granted we can help you create your technical and construction tender package.

Churches

Upon listed buildings, we have found our self working for local churches and achieving technical upgrades to the buildings. This includes any listed building applications, installing new floors whilst being sympathetic to the existing architecture of the building.

Retail Units

Our team have been involved in creating retail spaces, from refurbished structures to brand new portal sheds with intelligent fit-outs. We are there to help lead the design and ensure quality is installed.

Schools & Education

We have had the pleasure of working with the EFA and various contractors over the years achieving school extensions and new build education centres. If you are looking for assistance from concept to managing consultants, please get in touch.

Marine Environment Works

We have been involved with upgrades and extensions to some of the south coasts cruise terminals. These have included upgrades and creating the ability for better flow and space, increase in terminal size, ensuring customer demand is managed effectively.

Section Agreements

As part of our design journey, we have been involved in managing highway section agreements for our clients. We project manage the difficult agreement process and we monitor the local authority diligently to obtain a secure agreement and also a working start date for construction. The process with section agreements and local authorities can vary. Please let us help you with the process as we have seen first hand how expensive and time consuming this journey is.
